A hobby that got out of hand—that’s probably the best way to describe how this all began.

It started with a simple ambition: to make a difference and create some kind of impact. My background is in biology, specifically studying migrating birds that travel across continents. And alongside that, I’ve always loved a really good cup of coffee.

So what better way to bring those worlds together than through coffee?

With Rooted Impact Coffee, my goal is to connect coffee producers and coffee drinkers through direct trade and carefully roasted small batches of exceptional coffee—each one with its own story to tell.
